Russian 85mm aa gun

lets get back to the topic, why does bfc goto great lenghts to expertly represent all major weapons on the eastern front(even small weapons like the russian at rifle look great), but then fall well short of the expectations that they created on things like the russian 85mm aa gun and the german grille which is graphically the wespe?Did they run out of time?money?gigabytes?I dont understand.
