GRUMLIN
Played a great game last night which i scraped a win in, but got very annoyed with an enemy sov maxim team who merrily sat in the middle of a burning hex of 'woods' for about 14 turns. they eventually moved out and had two men left (so it wasnt a case of immobilisation) but how come they stayed so long? marshmallows? BigDork
I had a similar thing happen in a PBEM I'm playing with a friend. A squadron of my German infantry was shooting at some Soviets when the trees they were in burst into flames. They were right in the middle of it and it wasn't bothering them at all. Gotta love those fireproof uniforms they were using back then.
WWB
Look at the square from above. There are 2 kinds of flames in CMBB--small and large. At times it is hard to see the difference, but large will be total coverage from above while small will be, well, small. WWB
GRUMLIN
well it looked damn big to me and it spread to another nearby hex as well (unless i was imagining things) G
Michael Emrys
Just to be nitpicky, CM doesn't use hexes, the terrain cells are square. Michael
