KV-2
Hi Guys, I am glad to join your community! I am playing wargames for almost 5 years and my favourite ones are Close Combat and Combat Mission series. Thanks to developers for creating excellent Combat Mission 2. I am from Russia and know a lot about WW II history. Best Regards, Klim Voroshilov - 2

Kanonier Reichmann
Yes, welcome Klim. Glad to make your acquaintence. O.K. First question. What are your views on the Russian phrases used in CMBB? Do they seem true to life? Too foul mouthed? I'm just curious from your Russian perspective, that's all. Regards Jim R.
KV-2
Hi, What are your views on the Russian phrases used in CMBB? Do they seem true to life? The voices belongs to Russian guys, and it seems to me I can recognize the voice of one of the Russian consultants, because I know him personally )) The phrases are too polite for the units in combat, because actually 80% of words should be very bad and that is concerning all the armies of all the times. But that is just a game. Cheers,
Other Means
welcome the the forum. so, the phrases are like: "go away you naughty facist" or "i've been shot, how distressing". anyway, i am only just beginning to hear a more balanced view of the russian front, so you will be getting a lot of questions. cheers,
KV-2
Hi, "go away you naughty facist" For example nobody in combat conditions do not use the words like "Facist". That is only from propaganda lexicon. Usually during WW II Russians called Rermans "Fritz" or "Gans" on the other hand for Germans all the Russians were "Ivans".
Other Means
sorry KV-2, that part of the post was actually (poor) humour. i was using intentionally not bad phrases to be ironic. sorry for the confusion.
