Horvath shooting his carbine at some SS in Ramelle; you can hear one of the SS men yelling "Sanitäter!" In the movie STALINGRAD, in the first attack on the factory, right after the kid fires off his rifle by accident, you can hear one German (in the dubbed version) yelling "Sani....SANI!!!!" very clearly.
