junk2drive
depends on what you know about computers. imo cmmos is easy to handle for the avg joe. but the mod has to be done for it. mcmmm works for me, but i know what i'm doing and what i screwed up and how to fix it without reinstalling the game. for what i'm doing mcmmm gives me the flexablity i want and i can use my own or anybody elses mod as is. example; in cmbb i set up a pacific island battle. this time i want us army as russian guards. later i want usmc as same guard bmp numbers. with zip files for each and mcmmm i can switch as i want.
stikkypixie
Their both complementary, designed with a different purpose in mind: CMMOS: you can add ruleset (i don't know much about this) ==> more flexibility in the options McMMM your average mod installer, unzips the mod, replaces it in the original folder with one click
