How to remove anti-tank mines?

Recommended Posts

Hello there! I'm working on a new scenario for CM:BB and I need some clarification on how units successfully remove anti-tank mines. Its my understanding that you have to move pioneer units over the area where you think the mines are, and after a period of time they become neutralised. Is this correct? and do the pioneer units spot them if they are still hidden from view?

You can read all about clearing landmines in the CMBB manual, just look in the appendix under The Environment, Mines, and Clearing Mines page 64.

The manual says you need to be within 25 meters for a engineer/pioneer with demolition charges to clear mines and depending on experience it takes a few turns.

Ok, thanks. Haven't read the manual since I got the game and leafed through it once redface.gif
