Curry
THE WINNER IS ANGELDUST ANGELDUST DEFEATS YAGGMOTH WINS THE TOURNEY - first congratulations to Yaggmoth for getting to the finals. He played very well in defeating two of the better players in the SC PBEM league to get there. (including me ) SPECIAL CONGRATULATIONS TO ANGELDUST for his win. He had to defeat some fine players to take the title. He also showed a lot of class in his games and showed himself to be a fine player. The PL should be proud one of their own won the title. Statement from the winner """ Hello Curry! We just finished the rematch of the BoF finals. Angel Dust (Axis) captured Paris on Aug 11th '40, approx. 3 months earlier as needed. My respect to Yaggmoth, who controlled Berlin for two months with one stubbornly surviving Polish army. I also want to thank my respected opponents "Cpl. steiner", "Panzer39" and "Yaggmoth", all of them demanded my full attention and made me so even stronger, thanks to you guys. Congrats to you, Curry, for your amazing idea of this tournament and all the effort you put in. I liked the concept of this mirror mode very much, best way to compare two players, no one needs no f___ing bid! Angel Dust"""" THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO PARTICIPATED. I'm so glad this tournament finished out and didnt like die off like some tourneys we see on the board. That is because of the faithfulness of everyone who played in the tourney. Thanks to all of you. Good Show as the Brits would say! [ May 25, 2004, 04:55 PM: Message edited by: Curry ]
