zappsweden
August 1943: Allies have sunk one carrier and one on strenght 1 when Axis fell back towards LC port. That port will be busy reparing ships for the next decade. In the east, Riga is recaptured. All Russian mainland is now Russian again. Russia attacks with long-range air and force Axis HQ's to retreat way back so now the Axis forces will do without HQ's. Interception from the western front when Russia use their air. One Axis carrier spotted in Stockholm. Russia establish air in the Baltic stated, controlling the area.

jon_j_rambo
October 1943: German log jam of ships at LC-port. Guarded by Italian air force. Battles rage over England. UK-corps are picked off one per turn. Both sides taking Aircraft hits. UK carriers nowhere to be seen, I'm sure they are in Canada. Russian front gets bloody, both sides lose Army units. jon_j_rambo
November 1943: Russia front is getting costly. 2 Major Air intercepts per half turn, equals 4 intercepts per full turn is expensive. I have 4-Luftwaffe working out South of Berlin & in the mountains. The Red Army is missing an Army this turn, that is good. LC-RACK fleet backs off the shores of England. jon_j_rambo
Jan. 1944 --- Bloody slugfest on both fronts. Rambo's RACK tangles w/ RAF & USA airfleets in the mountains of Manchester. Another UK-corp dies on the shoreline. Russian front is even uglier. Both sides exchange big hits & kills. It's counter attack after counter attack. zappsweden
At this moment, Axis have a slight advantage. They have roughly the same MPP but I bet they have better industrial tech hence more EFFECTIVE MPP. The following battles will decide the game. jon_j_rambo
How long has this game taken? Roughly 16+ hours already.
Blashy
Can you clarify something? ZAPP states that Axis have almost = MPP, how so if all of Russian is still Soviet and UK, Canada and USA are untouched? USSR 460, USA 180, UK 130 -/+ = 770 MPP. How can Axis match that? Sorry for the interruption, just trying to get a picture of the situation, sounds like a great AAR. Considering I have no clue how Rambo can manage so many AC effectively knowing their cost.

Blashy
What land did Germany have to make that much MPP on its own without having any Russian land? I've NEVER once came close to making that much with Germany only without having Russia on the brink of surrendering.
