bardosy
I want make a hypotetical campaign, when the western allies help to the german stoping the red huns, but it's impossible. :-( I think this game is perfect to making hypotetical situations, but the editor is not too open for it. I hope the next version, we can make campaigns freely.
Bis71
Good idea. The editor just needs a "Joim Axis" for Allies countries and complete change of victory conditions, I think these changes would be major.
bardosy
...and I think we don't need any constraints in the editor. E.g.: Hungary why don't be annexed by USSR? In my opinion every country can be join to allies, join to axis, captured by allies, captured by axis and annexed by USSR... And the editor can setup a starting date before 01.09.1939. It would be fun! I hope, the developer read this.
John DiFool
I'm more bugged by the inability to edit major powers (US & USSR) who start inactive. I also haven't been able to figure out how they gain new units as the rest of the game goes on (i.e. if you postpone Barbarossa for a month they will likely have an extra army). John DiFool
Norse
John, for each turn that USSR is neutral, it collects an ammount of MPP. When USSR joins the war, then it has a bunch of MPP available to spend right away. So if you hit USSR early, then they have little MPP to build the reserve armies (which is historical as to what they did) to stop the Germans. If you wait too long, then they will be more powerful. ~Norse~
bardosy
Norse, it's not ture! When a country is neutral don't collect MPP. The scenario maker give an initial MPP for countries. But not collect when they are no at war.
Hubert Cater
Actually Norse is correct, this is a special implementation for the SU only. Hubert
