Italy operates the second african army to Tobruk to block allied transports. So it is not possible to land with 2 army and 2 corps transports. German airfleet operated to Italy. Allied landing forces left Tobruk and moved to Iraq. All UK ships retreated. A UK carrier tried to kill a strength 1 army near Paris a second time, again without success. Since Allies have sent Canadians, UK army, UK HQ and some corps down to Egypt and Iraq they must be weak up in the UK.
