TBlaster sent me a turn from his fight with Def Bunion...boy! Talk about criss-cross'n tracers, more arty per square foot than I've seen in a while! DEF BUNGIS Posted February 16, 2001 Share Posted February 16, 2001 Ehh... I'm dead. Tblaster just pounded me to death with massive shells non stop. It seemed one round would panic an entire Platoon. My smoke mission and the bridge crossing went bad. It seemed to be coordinated right during Tblaster's 150mm pounding of the crossing area. Right as my guys started running to cross the bridge, BAM, BOOM, CRASH, BLAM, BLAOW, BLEEOW, and you get the point. It could not have been timed more perfectly. My chicken **** smoke spotter routed, and the the rest is history. Good luck in the finals Tblaster. Duke, you get an "F" for that map. You dirty bum. Otherwise, we could use cumulative point totals for the two games to determine the champion. Since we could play the three final games at the same time, it would save having another round. Good luck to you! Awesome Tblaster. I was over there Back from 89-92 up in Friedberg. (just north of Frankfurt) Me and Duke went to Desert Storm in the same unit, but never actually met each other. Btw Def, I was stationed in Kirchgoenz..so we were in the same Brigade Before Desert Storm it was 3rd Armored, after Desert Storm it was 1st Armored. I was in 3/5CAV 1st Brigade 1AD from 91-94. Of course I got the side of the map with no cover to boot. We on turn 13 in our game. I think he has this one. I'm having a hard time scoring any points because he has a lot tied up in arty and I can't get to the spotters. Oh well. There will always be another tourney. TexasToast and I are on turn 9. Looks pretty even so far. I've managed to take out a few AFV's. He's got my Hezter. I currently hold the objective. Texastoast's game is pretty cool right now, my KT and his Jumbo both immobilized eachother in the same round, with our sides exposed...next shot you kill either one ( reload, soldaten! reload!!!)
