Since BigTime "owns" this server, it represents collectable damages. AOL is about to win a case were they get a hundred dollars per SPAM to a chat group from a 16 year old kid, (better yet, the case they filed againt a company that sent 50 million spams in 24 hours, also looking at 100 dollars per Spam fine!).
