(You'll have to do a little searching.) My copy wasn't 'Tournament Saved', and I bet yours isn't too. Once you 'Load' it, you can save it with a different name and leave the original intact. Save the new copy in your 'Saved Games' folder where it will be easier to get a hold of in the future. Now, you can access it, change the units, parameters, etc.... Good Luck!
