Thanks in advance!<HR></BLOCKQUOTE> If you start with panicked infantry squads, out of c/c but in good cover and not under fire, everyone will be okay regardless of quality after 3 minutes (barring flukes). The increase of speed in recovery is fairly gradual, with the most dramatic jump coming between regular and veteran.
