PeterNZer
I use http://www.softhome.net because they offer free popmail, so it ties in nicely with outlook. I also use http://www.pobox.com to have my own sexy email which forwards anywhere and can be changed instantly. I recommend it. All the forwarding confuses my opponents.. who are mostly 'poolers. Lorak
Used Yahoo quite a bit early on. I have no problems at all with it and .txt or .zip files. Maximus
Why not use a dedicated email account?. Why bother with those ****ty free ones?
curih
Yahoo can handle the files ok. They'll show up in the text usually but you can download them seperately too. Unfortunately Yahoo has been giving me a lot of trouble lately. It doesn't like sending mail anymore. curih
Lorak
well Maximus, I don't really like to use Yahoo for mail. But I do use it to access my pop account from work. So it has its place. Guest wwb_99
Well, Max, you can't quite beat free, can you? Not to mention that sometimes you do need to check your e-mail from Doygeubazit, Turkey. Thx Well, GB, that depends on how you have your outlook [express] setup. It talks to your 'default' e-mail server. Get Netscape, it is better than outlook express and pretty much invulnerable to virii. And, for the record, Doygeubazit, Turkey is literally the edge of the world. It is the last watering hole on the good side of Iran and Iraq in a god forsaken valley that can only produce pistachios. Bars there resemble the Mos Eisly cantina from Star Wars.
