Old Major
Who can guess the name of this gun, I want to use it in a scenario, but I don't know the name of it. The gun was seen in the final battle of Saving Private Ryan, where the Allied men it a "20mm". It was shooting bullets, and it had 3 to 4 men handling. It was the gun that was used to shoot the Allies on the tank when they threw the grenade in.
Jagdwyrm
Some type of 20mm infantry support gun. Im not sure you could use 20mm flak gun to replicate to some extent.
Apache
I'll have to rewatch the film but wasn't it some kind of AA?

Bullethead
It was either a 2cm Flugabwehrkanone 30 or 38. The 2 weapons were indistinguishable from the outside, the differences being all internal guts tweaks to achieve a higher ROF in the Flak 38. My guess is that it was a 38 in the movie, because this started replacing the Flak 30 in about 1940. The weapon came with a little 2-wheeled trailer that it sat on for transport. It could be fired from the trailer, as was done in the movie. However, the weapon was mostly intended for static defense so would be dumped off the trailer and deployed on 3 folding legs. ------------------ -Bullethead In wine there is wisdom, in beer there is strength, in water there is bacteria. Old Major
Thanks guys, so then I would use the 20mm Flak in the units list for the Axis correct?
