russellmz Posted January 24, 2001 Share Posted January 24, 2001 another discussion had complaints about the rush to the flag in meeting engagements. i thought about making some a random generated map and adding water. the flag would be way the hell in the middle of a solid water area, with the actual battlefield being the land to the one side. Treeburst155 Posted January 24, 2001 Share Posted January 24, 2001 I think you can just eliminate the flags completely when you make your own map. The problem with this IIRC is that the AI needs flags in order to know what it's supposed to do. If the AI were on the right in your map I would think you would have a nice defensive battle on your hands as the AI tried to get to the water's edge.
