Heh....another Strangelove fan...gotta love it! Here's another dandy of a quote:

Major T. J. Kong: "Survival kit contents check. In them you'll find: one 45 caliber automatic, two boxes of ammunition, four days concentrated emergency rations, one drug issue containing antibiotics, morphine, vitamin pills, pep pills, sleeping pills, tranquilizer pills, one miniature combination Russian phrase book and Bible, one hundred dollars in rubles, one hundred in gold, nine packs of chewing gum, one issue of prophylactics, three lipsticks, three pairs of nylon stockings. Shoot! A fella could have a pretty good weekend in Vegas with all that stuff!"

------------------

"You can't fight in here, this is the War Room!"

Emos:

A minor sidelight - the script read, and Slim Pickens said, "Dallas" as the place to have a good time. But that city acquired a different connotation between filming and release in 1963 so they dubbed in Vegas.

Thought you'd like to know.

Interesting. Also interesting that (IMHO of course) Vegas also works better esthetically. I suppose one might deduce from that that JFK did not die in vain.

The german tanks have Hamster mechanics strapped to the barrells, so there is no problem.

You are correct, however, in that the Allies mgs should probably jam.
