rubble tile - can it be modified

Is it possible to redo the rubble tile like people are redoing the vehicle textures? I'm thinking of that scene in "The battle of the bulge" when the German commander first enters the town and it's all bombed out (ghostly looking really), but the buildings still seemed to have all 4 corners sticking up like spires or stalagtites (stalagmites?). it'd still have the same LOS effects and all that CM currently has, just a different look than the rubble on the ground. So, is it possible? If so, does anyone know which particular bitmap it is?

Unfortunately there is no way to give a more "3D" look to the rubble with standing walls and all. BTS will have to put up some polygons to map the destroyed walls onto. Hopefully we'll see something like this in CM2 (that seems to be the consensus at the moment) - maybe they'll even make the walls "double-sided" so a texture can be applied to each side.

The texture is 672.bmp (on PCs). You can modify the appearance of the rubble texture, but it will remain 2D only.

Not sure of texture #'s, but you could use a building type(like light wooden) and modify the graphics. Just add more of the purpleish transparency color to the wall graphics.

2 Notes:

It probably would still have a roof unless CM uses different roof graphics for each different house type.

It would still act like a normal building, so a two story building that looked shelled would still have a useable 2nd story(and levetating troops, I imagine).
