CMBN Battle Pack

Is there a process to getting the battle pack to show up in CMBN after purchase?

Did you get it through Battlefront.com or Steam? If you got it through Battlefront you may need to activate it, but the files should already be present if you have the most up to date version of the game. Do you have greyed out scenarios/campaigns that claim you need a Battle Pack in order to play? If so then your version of the game is up to date enough. You may need to download the latest patch from Battlefront if you don't see any greyed out scenarios. To make those scenarios playable you just need to activate the Battle Pack. See if there is an "Activate New Products" .exe in your game folder. If you don't know where the folder is then you should just be able to right click on the game shortcut and then click "open file location". Once you have the game fully up to date and have entered your product key in the Activate New Products window you should be good to go.

If you got the game through Steam then you don't have to do anything. Everything should be good to go as soon as you install the Battle Pack.

Thank you that was what I needed. Its been awhile so I forgot about the product activator in the game folder.

I tried to resist but I couldn't  - I think your footer quote was Maximus Decimus Meridius in the fictional Gladiator film (which i like a lot)?  Although it may have been derived from something once written by Marcus Aurelius (who I gather was not fictional).
