kohlenklau Posted August 25, 2023 Share Posted August 25, 2023 (edited) Hi guys, I am working on this new mod and would love for some folks to saddle up and take on the effort of creating a scenario for the mod. I often find inspiration from looking at existing ASL scenarios. ASL scenarios are usually my size scenarios for ease of creation and play. I search using the ASL scenario archive. I searched North Koreans attacking Americans and got 25 scenarios. NK attacks US I searched Americans attacking North Koreans and got 20 scenarios. US attacks NK Open one of the links, click on a scenario and it opens and has some generalized description of the scenario with units and an ASL map. You can of course diverge away from what its says and be flexible. Or try and make it come to life in the CM world. Come on you sunzabidges! But this thread is trying to get folks to write a scenario for a new mod I am making that requires the CMFI base game and 2 modules. Korea 1950 scenarios I offered ideas for in the above links. Nobody has volunteered or expressed any interest to make a Korea scenario except for you. Please don't worry about it buddy. I am almost done with the mod to the point I can enjoy a PBEM with my main opponent buddy. I am aware... What I'mm saying is it couldn't hurt me to brush up on history a bit, so I'll probably buy the game and then make you a scenario. I'll look into the links above. I know there is not much interest out there so I doubt I will muster the energy to do AI plans. I will enjoy the PBEMs versus human opponents. France 1940: I have maybe 4 scenarios left to do. They are low priority for me right now but I am sure I will get to them eventually. Barbarossa: I don't see myself doing anything new there.
