dragonwynn
Ive tried to get a map overlay to show up in the editor and have been unsuccessful. It is named special_editor_overlay.bmp and it is in the data/z folder. Any suggestions? I am using a iMac to run the game.
Zveroboy1
Remove the underscores and O to toggle it in game. I am not sure about the path on a Mac but I have never tried putting them in the z folder myself. On a PC I put it in my documents/..../Shock Force 2/User data.
A Canadian Cat
The z folder should work fine - it follows the same rules as mods.
domfluff
- The filename shouldn't have underscores (discord will add those if you download it from there, for example). Correct file name is exactly: "special editor overlay.bmp" - z folder should be fine. I believe the "mods" folder doesn't work on the steam version (at least for CMSF2) - Needs to be a 24 bit bmp file. - It's a mod, so you need to close and re-open the game.
