ncc1701e
Hi All, First, I wish you a Happy New Year for 2017. Plenty of modules and packs for this year ! I am using Gimp and not Photoshop so this is perhaps the source of my problem. I have searched on the forum and did not find the intel. I would like to create scenario briefings that looks like the one delivered native with the game. I am using the layers of the *.psd files provided but, to fill them, I would like to have the same character fonts that the one used by the game for the tactical map or for the objective points, ... Anyone could give me hints of the character fonts and sizes to use? Thanks in advance
Pete Wenman
This might help http://cmmodsiii.greenasjade.net/?p=3811 and I think you will find the font is "gunplay" as for size you'll need to experiment. ncc1701e
Thanks a lot, I will try this 'gunplay' font and check. I had already download the *.psd files for the briefings. I was just wondering if they were a magic function in Photoshop allowing to change the text of a given layer. A function I do not know in Gimp.
A Canadian Cat
It has been a while since I played with text in PS but I believe you can select the layer with the text in the layer view and then with the text tool you should be able to click on the existing text to edit it. Including selecting some or all of it to change the font attributes.
