I believe you buy "Supply platoons", which are bought as trucks, but can be selected as "dismounted", which will give you "supply dumps". So long as you're playing on Elite or Iron. Lower "difficulty" levels will just spread the contents of the trucks out across the formation they're bought as part of. Or that's how I remember them being described. I think the ammo dump thing needs to be changed. by now one can only get ammo dumps if you choose armored infantry in the editor and set the vehicle status to dismounted. so there are no ammo dumps in quick battles and no ammo dumps for flak at all.
