However, they are silent-no voices, no battle sounds, etc. It is a brand new HP Celeron 500 Mhz. I don't know the sound card off hand. I'll look it up if you are interested. RobVarak Posted December 20, 1999 Share Posted December 20, 1999 Try changing the amount of hardware acceleration on your soundcard. You can do it from the settings menu if you're using windows. Email me if you need more specific instructions, as it's been awhile since I did it myself. I had the same problem, and that cleared it right up.
