Glubokii Boy
- Select MISSION from the main pulldown menu. - select TERRAIN OBJECTIVE and paint your desired area. - In the first pulldown menu for that objective you can chose to make it EXIT.
Pete Wenman
They are terrain objectives and so painted on map in that part of the editor. However if you require points to be achieved for units exiting the map then they must be allocated via unit objectives. Page 80 in the Game Manual v3. JonS
Be careful with Exit zones - they can really screw up your scoring plan. If you give the Russians an exit zone, then the Russians are expected to exit off the map, although the Russians don't get any points for doing that. If the Russian forces are also a Destroy objective for the Germans, then the Germans get points for any Russian objective units they kill (d'uh) and they also get points for any Russian objective units that fail to exit. It's that second caveat that can really screw things up - unless you've planned the scenario as one where the Russians are to exit, then adding an exit can make it all but unwinnable for the Russians.
