Craig
I just captured an American MG team in Chance Encounter, and as I was moving it to the rear, it triggered all of my ambush markers within range.:0 As I had yet to KO a single tank, and my troops were on the edge of the woods within los (of the tanks), the results were not pretty. Now that I know this, I can work around it, and thought others should be aware of it to avoid any more nasty suprises.
Scott C
Just a question - are you sure the MG team didn't simply revert from POW status? They do that if there are no troops guarding them, and they would then be expected to spring ambushes. Of course, if they were still captured, it would be (assuming, unless someone can explain otherwise) a bug BTS needs to know about.
Craig
Nope, they were under my control the whole way,(and for the next turn also) in los of about six squads. I just assume they are always treated as enemy, but are just under your control for movement purposes if they are captured.
