It may be included in the price already, so you don't see it, but you're paying it for everything. So you shouldn't be thinking about this as extra. There are no plans right now to stock up the EU warehouse anytime soon. And over time, you will be seeing more and more new releases come from the US warehouse only. But since I've all my CMx2 discs with those nice illustrations onto, it would ruin my collection. I know, it's a kind of feticist attitude.
