Went to by a US FO and saw the price was 118, thought it a bit high as it doesn't come with a jeep, when I openned it to check the FO was 68 points but nothing else included, so paying for a jeep but not getting it. Another hotfix on the way?

I don't know how the QB costs are determined but it seems that there is a cost for having a separate organization, like a separate Forward Observer. Apparently it's more economical now to use the Specialist Teams menu to attach the FO to your main formation (and Vehicles menu to attach a Jeep if you want to).

Exactly this. The cost for a "Formation" is 50 points. So Citd's numbers are exactly right, and haven't even involved any tricksy changing of the unit's parameters, which is the other way things can change price in the unit selection screen: if you have the "parameters" set to "Typical", some things will cause "Typical" to be reassessed, so the hidden actual parameters for experience, leadership etc will change, changing the listed cost of the unit. Also, if you're looking in your "activated" screen, the units in the "select from" pane are priced as if they're the same quality as the ones you've currently got selected, I think, but when you click into the "select from" pane, they revert to whatever the cost would be for the quality you last had stipulated (or whatever "typical" has decided you'll get).
