Wrong forum man, or wrong thread name Right click over any nation flag in the below right conner of the main map, go for the purchase unit screen, than go into production screen. wlape3 Posted June 18, 2012 Share Posted June 18, 2012 Stalin was an opportunist so the scripts model this rather well. You can always try diplomacy to slow Soviet mobilization but I think the mobilization modifiers are pretty hefty once you lauch Seelowe.
