Out of licenses?

Trying to repair/reinstall CMSF on my PC. License screen says:

Retrieval of license failed with error code = 11

There are no licenses currently available for this License Key.

You have installed all of the licenses for this product to which you are entitled. If you need additional licenses, you will need to contact the publisher or vendor store you purchased this product from, or you will need to purchase another copy.

A more proper name would have been 'activations'. With eLicense you need to 'manage' the activations by unlicensing any installs BEFORE:

1) Reformatting the hard drive ('clean' OS reinstalls, etc.).

2) Reinstalling or Upgrading the OS.

3) Any major hardware changes, primarily any of the following: a new motherboard, a new CPU, a new video card (new non-boot hard drives should not be an issue).

4) Disposing/selling the computer or boot hard drive.

5) Uninstalling the game permanently from a computer.

However we realize that it may not be always possible to unlicense a game when your computer suffers a hardware problem or a virus infection or some other software catastrophe. In that case we can 'reset' license keys to add an additional activation. Please submit a ticket to the Helpdesk and provide the license keys to each of the games/modules that are getting the 'error 11'. The base CMSF game may not get a reset since the license key for the base game is no longer necessary if you are going to install any of the modules.
