In my thinking, the only countries that could apply leverage to try to block more Russian-DPRK cooperation would be South Korea and Japan. They could threaten Russia with more sanctions along with the delivery of weapons to Ukraine if Russia were to transfer more technology to North Korea. I really wish they would be willing to take such steps.

I'd like to know that the US could possible do that would dissuade North Korea from making a deal with Russia to trade more arms for access to technology.

Silly me, I just realized the that the text on that page is the executive summary. If you download the PDF there is a lot of good info including detailed maps and analysis. The length of the PDF is 25 pages.

I would like to think so, but given that the Russians have to only defend a relatively narrow front for their next lines of defense versus a very large front for their forward lines of defense, I will wait for real evidence of a significant breakthrough.
