No, there is not.

...and others like Medina and Baghdad, are lost,
By the way, how are the Arabs ever supposed to take Medina if defended by a corps?

Is it intended that Montenegro gets the Albanian Legion event instead of the Ottomans if the Balkan League controls Tirana at the time the event fires? The text says something about the integrity of the empire, which only makes sense if you're playing the Ottomans. I was playing the Balkan League so it seemed very much out of place when I got it.

I think Nanning should be the first target, and you should occupy the space NE of the city on the first turn (road/rail link).

Yes please, as I'm having trouble finding that unit.
E-mail has been sent.

Please can you send a saved turn of this to me at the following email address:
Thanks!
Bill
Upon further review, the only White unit that has level 4 is the "Turkestankaya" division that appears in the Caucasus. It shows 4 out of a maximum of 1, so it must have been deployed like that. This appears to be a problem with that one unit rather than a research problem like I originally thought, but please let me know if you still need me to e-mail you the save.

Oh another thing, the Whites can apparently get up to level 4 in infantry warfare, at least if controlled by the AI.

I also had an odd event with the North-Caucasian Emirate... they joined the Bolsheviks but since the terrain was already conquered by bolshevik forces their capital didn't form as part of a new minor... now the Terrek Cossacks have 2 Capitals. 1 Militia unit still deployed for them and they are represented on the war map.
That confused me too. I got the message that they joined me but never figured out where they were. All I know is that they could build an HQ named "Pilsudski".

I just played the Russian Civil War scenario as the Bolsheviks, and none of the White factions surrender when their political standing reaches zero. Did anyone else notice this? Is it the recent patch that broke it?

It seems there's a few events in the latest version that don't work properly. Other examples are the leasing Azores and Indian National Army decisions that don't actually do anything if you accept them, at least not in the 1939 campaign.

As a first turn opening sequence, you can unload the 17th Korean army to the space Northwest of Hong Kong, then move it to just East of Nanning. The 1st Cavalry corps can then force move to Northeast of Nanning. The 11th army near Shanghai can transport to Hainan, then force move to Southeast of Nanning. The Okamura HQ should move north. These units can attack Nanning starting on the second turn, assisted by the aircraft carriers, and you may want to move over the special forces in Japan as well. I hope this advice is useful.

I support raising the starting morale for Germany, and for Russia as well.
