    They look great. Can you make it so that in they editor they can be chosen as optional camo scheme or will they overwrite existing ones? Also, could you do a rag-tag mod with your uniforms?

     

    For the Ukrainians you have two camo options, standard which is the soviet legacy TTsKO pattern uniforms and digital which is a pixel camo kinda reminiscent of UCP. This mod replaces the digital or can go along side the stock just depends on renumbering. As for other rag tagging the UA troops we'll see but i'm sure there are others in the community already working on that.

     

    When you look at the picts also look at the leaves and grass. The picts where the uniform is bright the leaves and grass are also bright, that last one that looks more subdued the leaves and grass also look more subdued. Also bright sunlight versus overcast.

    More yellowish and less apple green was fine imo, just a tad less bright than it was. Just my 2 cents.

    i'm going to toy with it more but i'm pretty happy with where its at now. the variations i'm seeing in pics must be coming from the lighting that's all.

    A small suggestion. Real world (or CM world) isn't photographer's studio lighting. You might want to experiment with cranking the saturation down, playing with brightness/contrast. Ugh, that's the bane of my existence, forever chasing down artwork in the game than either needs to be brightened up or desaturated. From building facades to crops to street signs. See attached.

    Interesting mix of ERA setups on those T-72s. Ukranians had equiped their older T-72As and T-72Bs with a same "angular" turrent pattern that was used on T-64BV and T-80BV. We saw those pieces in Georgia during the war of 8.8.2008. However there are some pieces here with more advanced turrent pattern as well. Are those Kontact-5 or Nozsh plates on the newer vehicles? Does anyone happen to know the answer or have a reference source about them?

    Yeah, the CMSF forum is kinda dead since they anounced CMBS. But great footage you found there. I often surf liveleak for combat footage from Ukraine but they dont have much on that topic. You mostly find political propagnda for both sides there.

    Let see if it gets moved, im pretty sure with more views on the CMBS forum more footage we otherwise not ever see will get shared. You are right Agusto!!! liveleak is filled with propaganda for the war in Ukraine and its obvious who floods it with their sides views. Definitely seems the troll army is STRONK on there from the postings and comments.

    I've seen some say the admins and mods on there favor moscow and it seems that way especially with how buddy they are with RT. Cause of that you really have to look thru all the troll postings to find any strictly combat footage. Thats why i stop posting links in this thread for the past month i had enough of drudging through the propaganda BS. Just reading the titles made me sick to my stomach even...

    Its another reason why this thread getting moved will help many avoid the propaganda and get the combat footage they seek.

    And the main issue I had with the -29 was it wiping out my infantry. Which is realistic enough, HE beats bullets for lethality at everything but spitting distance.

    i had the same issue. that round would be the TBG-29V thermobaric round which is a little more intense than standard HE on infantry i would say. with CMBS we should expect to see lots of thermobaric weapons for the Russians from disposable single shot launchers like the RPO-M to ones for the RPG-7 and their ATGM systems as well. Thats going to give the opfor lots of lethality against infantry.
