I know that when you start a scenario you get the opportunity to change the deployment of your forces. Question I have is...are the initial positions your forces are in meant to be playable ones for the scenario? I find with my experience with CM1X that I can play as well as anyone, but I have trouble figuring out where to start my forces. Are the initial positions for CMBN meant to be playable ones for the scenario in question?

Was just wondering if the new insaneo-sized global map will be in both Assault On games.

Friend of mine was asking me about this game. He asked me about the differences between this and CTGW from Slitherine. Can someone here who's played both enlighten me as to what makes SCWWI different/better?

You probably could play Close Combat Wacht Am Rhein by emulating Windows XP in Virtual PC.

I know we're not going to get a release date for these...but I was wondering if we will see EITHER or both of these this year. Failing either of these, what can we expect to see that is SC-related, if anything?

A ranged attack by non-ranged units? I'd call that a game-breaker if it even happens once. I'll ask again...any ETA on a fix?

What is the ETA for a fix on this? Game is unplayable now.

First time Combat Mission player. Is there a reason BESIDES the 2.0 engine (since I'd be able to purchase the upgrade) that I want this instead of Battle For Normandy, or does it just come down to which theatre I'm more interested in?

PLEASE tell me this is on the way and I'll be playing it before too long. I don't care if it's a straight port of the original SC. The game is an even better fit for the iPad than CM Touch is. PLEASE tell us this is on the way.

How did you get it to install on a 4S?
