If I remember right the British get the option of leaving the ships and gold to the Americans, does this mean the US can somehow get them?

I'm sure your opponent is happy that the French also benifit from British research breakthroughs, kind of balances things out ;-)

I would like to see Italy as a separate power, similar to the USSR, the Axis player could move their units prior to entry, but Italian units must be built with Italian MMP's and Italy must develop their own technologies, maybe with the option of Germans sending them some money. I think the Italian units are far to good, they should be similar to the Chinese (completly worthless), in reality Italy was Germany's worst nightmare.

The Axis don't allways do what they're supposed to do either, like invading Spain, Sweden, Turkey, Persia. If the Allies restrict themselves to historical options they will be very predictable. Historicaly the French stopped the Italian offensive against southern France and if the Germans had not overrun the French in the north the Italians may have had serious problems defending against a French offensive. The Italian military in 1939 was less than worthless, the Germans would have had a better chance of winning the war if Italy had remained neutral. A huge improvement of this game would be to make Italy a separate power enabeling the Axis player to move Italian units prior to war entry, but forcing Italy to develop their own technology and build and reinforce their own units, it is more than rediculous that the Italian units are just as good as the Germans. That would be a very good idea for the next patch!

Would be interested in joining, I have only played 1 e-mail game and got clobbered bad, am playing a second now doing a little better, but what the heck, I really love this game, I can only get better, right? Or I don't get better and get beaten over and over again....... that would suck of course.
