hi bill, that means i must undo dutch guiana? i thought if i make it to benelux, then guiana surrendering with benelux...or what must i do? i always update all scripts, then is the reason for poland error not to find?

hi, i have added dutch guiana between british and french guiana. the script update is not possible, error message is: surrender #1, event 6, invalid map position = 35,34; does not match country_id. what is the problem? and i have added the island rĂ¼gen in the baltic sea north of germany, now the script "ceded eastern poland to ussr" after the german victory over poland, is not possible. is the island the problem? mathias

ok bill, i understand. but why you kick off the normal arty, not all countries have rocket arty :-) one editor prob: i have added dutch guiana between french guiana and brit. guiana. now is the script update in surrender #1, 6th surrender, not possible, error message is a prob with the countries id. what can or must i do?

why not a simple update? gold is now a whole game, with 1,5 gb. it was not possible as an update of gc (to e.g. version 2.0)?

i must install 1.07 (i have 1.00, therefore i must install 1.07?)? if i install 1.07 and then gold, all saved games and changed maps are deleted? and is gold a whole scww2gc? 373 mb are a very big file...

hello, must i install all patches before 1.07? i have no patches installed, because the game runs fine. only if new units come with a patch or big bugs must be fixed i install a patch. if i install gold without 1.07, then the new features, units etc. are not available or what happened? mathias

YES, that must be answered, little jon. i want occupy all areas, even afghanistan and central america for 25 dollars are 5 more nations possible...

i saw in the forum, that a nations limit is not necessary, why not some nations more? only central america (as one "nation"), cuba, bolivia, saudi-arabia and afghanistan must be added, i don't understand why that nations are "dead". otherwise i must in gold activating the areas again in a very bad form: afghanistan>uk saudi-arabia, central america, cuba, bolivia>usa but better than "dead"... mathias

hello hubert, bill and all forum members! in gold version: - are 22 units/unit slots available? - also a maximum of 65 countries? - all areas activated or not (afghanistan, bolivia, cuba, saudi arabia etc.)? - the majors could become changed (e.g. spain for france)? - new/more events? - it's possible to add soft/hard attack on ground forces to submarines (rocket subs like u-511 and uss barb)? scww1: - where are the engineers unit? scww2 & scww1: - what is the hex size in km in both games? mathias

hi, the "operation unthinkable" was churchill's plan to conquer the soviet union, starting on july 1, 1945. uk, usa and germany vs. the soviet union! ww2 goes into ww3 or a ww2 continuation. i think, it's a very interesting campaign for scww2gc (japan and china can also attack the soviets, france and italy maybe or maybe not, it's the players decision)!! specially the starting date in the war (ww2 ends on sept 2, 1945) is also very special mathias

i want the air units ON the map and changes only possible for me in the "panzer general style", air units can be over the ground units (with one click the player can switch between the air and ground units). and PLEASE not fewer units/unit slots, i want even more! the railguns are a MUST for scww2, i'm so happy that is included in the gold version, i'll hope i can use it with all majors, e.g. with japan: from china to india and deep into the soviet union :-) a great change would be, if the player can add new units and majors/minors with the editor, but the nations are in gold also limited to 65? and the unit slot limit is...? i have all areas activated (bolivia, afghanistan, saudi-arabia, cuba etc.). in gold i must do the same?? why are nuclear or chemical wpns so a problem for the most people here? i think, the player should self decide to use wmd or not... -
