  1. hello all! what do you think, if the players can choose which world war have sc3? i suggest a vote here in the forum. the logical sc3 war would be after scww2 and scww1 the ww3 (scww3). what is yours opinion? mathias
  2. hello robert, 1983 (able archer 83) is also a good reason for ww3, 1962 (cuban missile crisis) or 1969 (soviet-chinese border war) also.
  3. more events and operations/missions are always good :-) my suggestion for all what-if-fans: a map/campaign with planned/prepared operations/missions and planned/existing, but not used weapons/units. powergmbh: do you know the operations tabarin and foxley?

  5. hello all, specially hubert :-) - more countries/country slots (minimum 80 or 100), no no-go/"dead" areas - more units/unit slots (minimum 30 or 40) - natural disasters (historically and randomly), earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, tsunamis, floods (with animation on the map) - missions (like the fort-de-france mission), e.g. more mpp's with "treasures", capture/rescue of generals/presidents/dictators/monarchs, sabotage, espionage - men-made floods to stop the enemy ground forces (like in the netherlands in ww2 and in belgium in ww1), tunnel warfare, undermining, land/naval mines - with ww1, ww2, ww3 (e.g. 1962 or 1983), ww4 (e.g. 2001) - global wars like 7-years-war, 80-years-war and hypothetical global wars, e.g. in 1898 (manila incident) - new units/weapons: nbc weapons, emp weapons, weather modification weapons (all with animations on the map) intercontinental missiles, helicopters, special submarines (carrier subs/sen-toku class subs, rocket subs/rocket thrower subs, stealth subs, long distance subs/nuclear subs/electro subs/fuel cell subs...)

  7. hello, the middle east operations (iraq, iran, syria, lebanon) and the aleutians operations are also interesting... august storm is a very good idea :-)
  8. hi bill, no way to add e.g. china and brazil as really countries like japan or portugal? the red/black solution is very bad...
  9. hi robert, ok, that makes sense :-) the berlin blockade/crisis is a good reason. do you plan a new ww3 map, with a new reason? cuban missile crisis (1962) or able archer 83 (1983) would be a good ww3 reason. mathias
  10. thank you bill. what can i do, that the AI is more aggressive and buy more units? e.g. russia have 9999 mpp's and buy only units, after i destroy their units. and all entente powers are very passive, do not attack me...
  11. hi robert, your ww3 map is wonderful and i like the camp. very much, but: why you choose the chinese civil war as a ww3 reason, why not the iran crisis or cuban missile crisis? the soviets are very strong, unfortunately... why is portugal an usa ally and why are the nuclear attacks so weak? mathias

  13. hi bill, as allies you can move units through all allied and occupied countries, e.g. a railgun can drive from berlin to the austrian-russian border or austrian-serbian border. but that is not possible in my new global map. no unit can do that now, very bad....so i can't deploy german units in a-h or bulgaria... where i find the country number? the a-h area was after the conversion from ww2 to ww1 spanish morocco, i had made a-h new there, therefore no anthem and no "pass through"? the same is with austrian units, they can't move into germany.
  14. new problem: i can't use the area of allied countries (e.g. germany>austria-hungary territory), what must i do? and how i can hear the anthem of austria-hungary again (click on the capital)? i think the reason is, that i must made a-h new on the map...
  15. hi bill, no crashes again but i must all units of all countries manually change because off the min. prod. date no faster way? can hubert make a patch with a "one-click-button" to convert all ww2 prod. dates to 1914 for example and a txt.ini file for the right ww1 countries on a global map in the ww2 borders?
  16. and e.g. spanish morocco must have a capital/must add, de-activation not possible? after some map changes with the country areas, a failure message with file.dat errors come and after clicking ok, the editor finished...
  17. hi bill, in the purchase units menu all units are not to purchase before 1939 or 1940 (arty) or 1944 (rockets/airships)...no quick solution possible?
  18. what is a quick solution for the min. production date? i have changed the time to 1914 - 1918, must i now change the production date for all units manually????
  19. ok thanks...i'm so happy, that i have now a global map for ww1 :-) to add new ww1 scripts and events is too difficult, right? i now change the borders/countries/colonies to ww1 era and the paratroops and rocket=airship problem is not editable?
  20. hi bill, finland is now arabia, usa is italy etc. :-) if i do the other way, than the countries are correctly? and the scripts/events of ww2 can i not delete or cancel?
  21. hi bill, i have simply copied the both campaign files (the yellow folder and the cgn file) from gold to scww1 (campaigns folder). now i have a global map in scww1 (i use the 1939 world at war map), the ww2 units were converted into ww1 units. was that the right way, to add a global map to scww1?
  22. hi nupremal, is anywhere a worldwide map for scww1 or do you make a world map for ww1 or maskirovka have someone?
