British Infantry with Short Sleeves v1.0Part 1 contains a brz with cvc uniforms, infantry helmets and face skins.It also contains an ordinary folder with an optional couple of faded Para T's that will overwrite some of the brown T's in the main mod. Part 2 contains a brz with infantry uniforms, and body armour.You can either unpack and then combine them with RezExplode and RezPack or just drop them into your Z folderas seperate files.Not quite a rag-tagging: the skin colour with rolled up sleeves prevents true randomnessbetween head and body bmps being realistic.So I opted to just put out 20 variants on a theme.Included some changes to uniforms, vests and helmets also.Rag-tagging is possible, but you either need to give all the squaddies long sleeves, or make them all the same skin colour. Feel free to do so, and to modify any or all files as you see fit.Textures from stock BFC, Angrysons' Dusty Brit mod, and an OF mod that I can't find the creator of. If anybody objects to the use of any of these textures please let me know and I can withdraw the mod.Cheers billy_sp More...

  4. The Invasion of Syria is begun. The main strike force is the US Task Force Thunder coming from the East (Iraq). Diversion strikes are provided by US Marines, attacking from the sea and moving inland from the West. A second American strike force (Task Force Narwick) is driving down hard from the North (Turkey) and we are... the Devonshire and Dorset Regiment, 1st Battalion. We are also launching from Turkey, but we'll advance from West to East, in parallel with the Marines.This is a mini-campaign by 7 missions and you are the commander of a British Battalion. As the campaign name suggested, your force's backbone is the Warrior APC supported infantry.The upcoming terrain is very diverse: narrow passes, hills with forest, desert, villages and high density urban areas. We have to prepare and be prepared for all contingencies. There are two version of the campaign in this zip file:* UK Warriors in the Sands, is a pure British version. You don't need any other extension.* UKUSMC Warriors in the Sands, is a Marine version. You need both British Forces and Marine modules.   5. Here's my second attempt at a scenario. This features an enlarged version of my previous Al Qaryatayn map (1200m x 1200m). This scenario is a BLUE only scenario. But all the files are included in the RAR, so please feel free to mod or create a totally new scenario. The scenario title is the motto of the Yorkshire Regiment, which is featured in the scenario. The scenario is a BLUE assault on a specific objective with strict conditions relating to friendly casualties. BLUEFOR is armoured infantry plus an engineer section. REDFOR is mechanised infantry plus militia and uncons. Unzip the RAR and take the files contained within the placement folder and put them in your CMSF/Game Files/Scenarios folder.   17. Here's my first scenario. I haven't had time to do much play-testing but I've included all relevant files in the RAR archive, so you are free to tweak things. Place all files in your CMSF/Game Files/Scenarios folder. The scenario is a night engagement between a Syrian Recon unit on a search-and-destroy mission and a British Recce Platoon on an info-gathering mission. The Syrians also have some Uncons to make things harder for the Brits. Playable as BLUE or RED. Apologies in advance for any errors or design flaws. But like I said, change the files as you wish.
