First mission very fun, brefing interesting and immersive; each mission is well correlated to others; great campaign, thanks!

Duke d'Aquitaine, i'm with you 100%.
This is a Great Game, and i dream a WWII version also.

I finished yesterday the second mission (airport) and it's been very fun and challenge to me.
At the start of mission, i've noticed some units are weaked due to casualties from first mission; A campaign more dynamic certainly add fun, and immersion depth, but even so, in my opinion, this game is great although with a few bugs and some things to improve (coverage and protection, for example).
Excuse my english and

Thanks to Secondbrooks, interesting tests.
I think cover/concelament must be refined too.

good news! WWII mod is imminent! when?...so I would suspect when we go to WW2 the yellow line... -
I agree, but Sirians vs Sirians or US vs US sound less realistic than, eg Russians vs Ukraine or Russians vs US.
Russian vs US arent't perfectly matched, but they are less "asimmetrical" than US vs Siria;
The risk IMHO, with US and Sirya only is to play any scenario with an "ambush" or "antiambush" role.
Excuse my english.

Rollstoy is right.
Another weak point, imho, is the asimmetrical warfare as a single option; sirians vs sirians or US vs US sound unrealistic for me.
Hope to see more modern red armyes in future addons, and a "non desertic" terrain option.
Yes, user made scenarios are great, thanks for this service.

I'm having fun too, imho this is a great game (with some problem, but a great game).
Reading the forum i think i'm the last still enjoying it, but now i feel little less alone.

Don't know if i'm going buy a marine module, think yes but i think also this not improve the game so much.
Better to have a new more modern "red" army (Russia? Ukraine?...);
with an addon like these, the asimmetrical warfare isn't the unique option.
Excuse my english...

I think in relations with the 1st mission outcome (Total Victory, victory etc..) you can advance in different mission, with different value of fitness, ammo replenish etc.. or with "auxiliary" units attached to "core units".
I'm not a good scenario designer, but i think little campaigns can be very interesting.
Thanks for your effort Pandur.
Excuse my poor english and saluti.

Using baked scenarios, i think most of your requests are possible.

Good answer

Good question.
Why not a little campaign with few units on player side, without "auxiliary units"?

What version are you playing?
I think in elite mode now is possible to pause the game, and with 1.04 version scenarios aren't so easy, at least for me...

Elite too; more realistic is, more funny.

Same with Gamersgate version here...

agree with Track, people panicked running are realistic; i think in less numbers and non in squads like in CMX1, but with the 1:1 system i think is possible to simulate a single soldier running for his life.

Are you sure?
From the "download" link above i'm in the correct page, scrolling down there are links to 1.04 (battlefront only... :-( )

Good read, thanks!

Yes, if the unnecessary fps killers are under control.
Thanks.
