    Solution proposals:

    Problem:

    Mexico&Cuba

    Proposal:

    Map:

    - change Verazcruz Oil to Verazcruz Town (Historical in WWII)

    - added 1 Coprs in Cuba (name Havana, 5 strength)

    - added 1 Corps in Mexico (name Mexico City, 8 strength)

    Script:

    - Allies DoW On Cuba (5-10% Spain->Axis) "Spain Doesn`t Accepted This

    Aggression"

    - Allies DoW On Mexico (10-15% Spain->Axis) "Spain Alarmed By Allied Attack

    On Ex-Colony"

    Problem:

    Germany AI in Africa (Rommel not arrived to Libya)

    Proposal:

    Script:

    - added forces - 2 germany corps & 1 italy artillery - arrived (with Gariboldi) Tripoli in 01-06-1940

    Problem:

    Axis AI not activated script "Germany (Post D-Day Frontier Defense - Frankfurt - Axis AI)" if not created Vichy.

    Proposal:

    Edited original script: eliminated line "France surrender", added by script activated only by USA units

    Problem:

    Generaly AI not good play by Artillery, AA & AT.

    Proposal:

    Improved cost to 150MPP & AT added +1 TA/TD.

  2. Storm of Steel

    1.Any games - Mexico & Cuba.

    USA declared war and captured Mexico & Cuba. World not react! Mexico = 40MPP/turn, Cuba=10MPP/turn.

    2.AI - Rommel not arrived to Libya. English forces evade Tobruk, and fast captured Tripoli. AI dont have many units...

    3.AI - Germany not activated script "Pre-D-day" by not create Vichy France. AI dont have many units...

    Hubert Cater - is chances by repair this problems in new PDE patch?

  3. Our game - SC2WaW&PDE - is best in WWII, but... not have Balance Mod!

    I know - many things, many players see by repair in our game!

    In other WWII game: "Commander Europe at War" is non-official fantastic balance mod (official producent accepted this very good idea!) - why best game not have this???

    In our game this is easy - have good editor.

    My head count : writes all proposals and I or wise-players (and very better english language) create this!

    PS.Balance Mod in Fall Weiss or/and Storm of Steel - I think?

  4. I think by created "Unofficial Storm of Steel 1.02a Patch".

    Changes:

    Cuba & Mexico problem

    - added historically Cuba join Allies 09-12-1941, Mexico join Allies 22-05-1942,

    - added variable Cuba & Mexico join - trigger 30%,

    - added Corps in Cuba & Army in Mexico,

    Africa problem (versus AI game)

    - added Italy Army & Artillery in Tripoli in 01-06-1940.

    You think about that it?

    Please, about ideas.

  5. Discussion over balance of game - Storm of Steel:

    1)Tactical Bomber - improved Naval Attack 2 to 3 (in SC:PT)?

    2)Rockets - improved all attack parameters 0 to 1 and cost 100 to 150 (in SC:PT)?

    3)Special Forces - improved cost 185 to 200MPP (has very good combat parameters)?

    4)Arillery - improved cost 100 to 150MPP ("Artillery is god of war!")?

    5)Fighter - improved de-moralization 0 to 5% (each air unit must de-moralized)?
