Hey guys, years ago i was able to use Antialiasing at CMB*1 games with the nvidia inspector - but now it doesnt seem to work anymore ? Does anyone has a idea how to get it working again ?

well i reinstalled the game + upgrades and reinstalled the UI mod by JuJu and now everything is fine ^^ Anyway thanks buddy

Hey guys, i updated my CMRT to the Game engine 4.0 version and now my UI Mod made by JuJu isnt working anymore - its a complete messup with
all these new comands etc. Is there a new version out there or is there any other working UI mod available ?

ok i played it and had lot of fun, very immersive. Against the AI its some what of a turkey shoot especialy when you get panthers and tigers. Anyway it was nice to play and the terrain was done very well. Strange thing was that none of my units got a campaing statistic at the end - it looked like they all got replaced after each míssion by new troops, whether they got destroyed or not ??!! Maybe its a bug or something ?

Ah ok it comes with 1 GB of mods ^^ are these essential to the camp. or can it played without ? And the mods needs to be where the camp. file goes or into the Z folder ?

Yeah thats the same way i play these kind of scenarios, but just wondering how cool this could be when everything happens simultaniously -scouting left and right flanks and advancing in the middle etc.

THIS is a superb example how good this game could be when played with 3 pl. in coop. or 2/3 vs 2/3 . It would be THE WARGAME !

womble turning trees on or off, turning smoke on or of has nothing to do with the ability to spot units or not ??!! It just a fx effect like roofs on or off, seriously i have no idea what you mean

clearly my favorite And no guys, it has nothing to do with, "trees or smoke on" (WTF) or time of the day or weather or or or the phase of the moon ....
And, in case there comes a question, yes there IS a enemy tank "somewhere" around

No No No its NOT "between the cycles" my units stood there for minutes without spotting anything. The panther who drove right into the T34 lost LOS as it droves back just 2m !!! This happens for all units on this map (it was a mission from "Iron Cross campaign")

Units at this map do not respond to any given orders ! (i played RT) In some cases a single tank needed 2 minutes just to drive forward - that applies to all units. The AI is absolutely unable to move its units. They got stuck at the road for 1 hour so i quit the game.

Got any good evidence that a CoyHQ member is worth any more points than any other crunchy?
Even if they're useless in CMx2, which is a highly contentious assertion, how do you know they'll be the same in CMx3? Or are you saying they weren't useless in version 1 but are in version 2 and 3? Got any good evidence to support that assertion?
Company HQs are useful. They can stand in for platoon HQs, which is useful when the C2 chain takes casualties. They can also command a reserve element made up of parts of the Company's platoons, or specialist units. On the attack, I tend to have the AT teams hang well back, and having them stooge around with the CoyHQ means they don't get rattled by incidental artillery and such.
Snipers make good observers, as has been mentioned, and they can wreak havoc, when well placed, but they have to be properly employed (at the right range, in the right concealment), and some maps don't give much opportunity for that. Your basic "Regular, Normal, Fit, 0" soft factors also don't represent a sniper who's been to Sniper School. You want Simo Haya on your side, you have to give 'em Elite, [Good or better], Fit, +2 soft factors, and even then you are probably only getting a basic sniper school graduate (or a natural stalker assigned to designated marksman duties in the case of the Allies).
I never said that the CompHQ is worthless or worth any more points, must be a different posting ?
But i forgot to mention that they can take control in case of killed platoonHQ - mea culpa
(@ swant - you wont see any red lines in that case)
and the sniper thing .... yeah i guess you better try them yourself ... they will rock the battlefield, for sure

Comp. HQ needs to stay out of the fight as they are important when it comes to points. They can call in arty and overwatch the battlefield.
Snipers are more or less useless in CM2/3 . They can be used for recon but as soon as they start to fire they are dead ... which is absurd of course but thats BF logic

This map is veeeery nice made - well done BUT with Stugs its unplayable. And this is NOT your fault its BF´s ...
Anytime i give the Stugs an attacking order they loose one of the crew member within less of a minute. After 1 hour all my stugs where useless ...
That is definitely a game-killer. From all sides ( and the map is very open in the middle) coming shots and kill the crews. Me
as a player cant do anything and that SUCKS
Maybe 2-3 Panzer-IV would help - i dont know. Iam very angry as this problem is known for YEARS now ...
With all that anger i forgot to tell you the rest
Troop quality seems to be ok (i like the mixed squads as this seems to be the better way to play CM)
I decided to ignore the middle and went with inantry and stug support through the wood at the left side without to much problems same happend at the right side - untilall stugs left without crew.
I quit after 1 hour play - the only problem could be that you have to travel more than 3 km to capture the main goal - thats a bit hard for infantry which has to fight its way to that point ? Not sure. I carried some MG´s with the 3 Kübel´s through the area to be a bit more mobile.
Antialiasing possible ?

Ah interesting and thank you - sadly it doesnt alow me to use super sampling AA like in the old days ....
