Yes...Rune is right..you can't really chose what unit you want to have.. Sure I could use the Missioneditor...but it is quite complicated for someone like me who wants to have a QUICKbattle... well...no sense to complain about...my bad I did not inform myself enough before purchasing the game.. but I didn't say the game is crap! it is fun to play it, but for me the most important part was the QB...

Guys...at last it is a game! so I want to play it that way I enjoy it...so if you like a realistic formation..do so! but I loved it to create my armys...and I mixed them very well... *sigh* well...nice game...but unfortunately not the game I was looking for to have nice matches vs. my brother...

Yeah...I've just used the "9"..no I understand what you mean... so you can't buy your own units for a QB anymore?? More than disappointing... no random maps and no selfcreated army...so QB are totally senseless to me... loved to play QBs against my brother...

I've just downloaded the 1.01 from paradox and played a Quickbattle...ummm...you can't buy your forces??? the computer gives you units by random?? what the *biep*??????????? I know I should not compare the other CM titles with this new one, but the buying my own army was one of the mainpoint becauce I loved the games so much! 1000 points or whatever and you have to create your own army and then play against the army created by your opponent... Big step backwards guys....

Hmm playing the 1.0 version...played 2 scenarios and all worked fine..guess I am lucky... only thing is in QB you can't chose units, so you only get an empty battlefield..umm yeah..not that exciting *G*

Ummm guys?! so is the answer yes? I can burn the downloaded Shock Force on a dvd/cd, give it to my brother, give him my serial key and we can play together? awesome!

So..do I understand it right, that you could even play it on two computers via Internet (TCP(IP)? So I've just downloaded it from the paradox website and of course got 1 SerialKey...when I now install it on the computer from my brother I am able to play against him in the net with one cdkey?

Hi guys! I just try to establish a multiplayergame with my brother and I have to say it is a little complicated...he can't connect to my game...I have the right IP adress and the ports are not blocked (well there are public ports, private ports...range etc...I don't get it!!) and I can't forward a port at my router!! I can just enter one adress (not 22345-23344)..why is soooo complicated with this game?! never encountered a problem with any other multiplayergame over the internet *sigh* P.s. oh and noone of us has a firewall..so that's not the problem..

Deeeeem richtig so user73! ein einfaches "uns ist das hyperbreitbanddownloadverbreitungsrunterlad-kabel von einem ostafrikanischen wereichhörnchen zerbissen worden...entschuldigt die verspätung (kaufen gerade ein neues und jagen das eichhörnchen" und schon wüsste man wenigstens warum es länger dauert, so könnte man auf den gedanken kommen ("könnte" konjunktiv gents *G*), dass es überhaupt keine nicht einplanbare schwierigkeiten gab/gibt und man einfach geschluddert hat und nun einfach wereichhörnchen erfindet (oder war ich das?! *G*) Ich sack jedenfalls auch keine katze mehr ein, die ich nicht persönlich kenne!! (inkl. zeigen des personalausweises und des polizeilichen führungszeignisses!! *G*)

Ja das ist fein..ich persönlich lege keine grossen wert auf die hardcopy...aber aufgrund der schwierigkeiten, die BFC hat kann man das "pre" tatsächlich getrost streichen..das war meine erste und auch letzte preorder hier...werde allerdings weiter hier fleissig kaufen *G* habe alle teile cm bis zum erbrechen gespielt *G*

Hi..das erste mal, dass ich mich hier im Forum zu wort melde und dann gleich ein wenig negativ...klar kann es schwierigkeiten geben, aber dann sacht man das um gottes willen früh genug! Ich bin einer der doofen, die extra ihren freien tag so gelegt haben (18/19) dass sie zwei tage zum zocken haben und nu is essig.. demo hat mir SEHR gut gefallen..hoffe auch hier den ein oder anderen als gegner zu finden *smiles* dann mal los..ähh weiter warten *G

hi! first of all: excuse my bad english, isn't my mother tongue... I just downloaded the DiF Bundle from Battlefront.com via digital download delievery..installed it and played it a few times... The Problem: when I play local game (haven't played any online games yet) and finish the dogfight/game I can hear the "critical aboard"-sound from windows (only that...no error message!) and when I return to the game main screen and go to the pilots screen I can see I never earn XPs. Tried to reinstall it a couple of times..no success...I can't get XPs!!! please if someone has an idea post it! My Specs: Windows XP (SP 2) 2 GB Ram Athlon 3,5 Ghz Geforce 7600 GT
