If I have correctly understood your question. We use uniq speeds of turn of towers, tanks, Prompting and aiming for ALL UNITS! According to historical and specifications -
1. Does the game include an editor? No! 2. Are Infantry AT weapons (Anti-tank rifle, anti-tank mines) included? yes!
