  1. Can't the Gliders be present as flavor objects - even though not used as a means of transport in real time during battle. The use of gliders might be limited, though Historical battles happened using them, and I'm sure there were a few lying around burning or used as a CP. what the heck, perhaps one can enter it for cover same as one storey building ?

    I played scenario operation dead stick - with pretty wording glider1, 2 and 3.. Who knows how it'd look like as discussed above. It can also contain ammo, where one can enter to 'acquire' additional equipment and ammo.

    +1 I would be happy with them just lying around for eye candy along with discarded parachutes.

    You might write Steve and let him know what happened with buying the VP pack twice. Also maybe start a thread/ticket on why you can't register the VP pack.

  3. I just tested it and it works fine for me. Maybe you have a corrupt file or your install is screwy?

    :-) Evening Mord how are you pal? I am always on the board checking stuff out, i just say very little.

     

    I have been playing pbems for months with slysniper and  db_zero.

     

    I do not think i have the correct vehicle pack mate. I checked my account, and i do not seem to have downloaded anything for $20..which was the cost of the vehicle pack. Anyway, I'm downloading that at the moment and will see how it goes.

  4. Willing to have a chat mate, but yeah when I get the time again and I finish the Carpiquet project (thread here somewhere) be interesting to see where our ideas cross over. Got a crazy idea for CMBS... :P

    I shall keep my fingers crossed you get that time required pretty soon lthikial-AU :P seriously keep us in the loop on the development of this scenario.

  5. Para I can make you a moddified version of the first scenario with the adjustments GhostRider suggested if you would like and PM it to you. I am probably just going to release all the scenarios as a standalone package anyway since everyone still seems to be struggling with the campaign. I have not heard any feedback since I made the last adjustments so I dont know if it helped or not. Maybe I can just take the lessons learned from this one and hopefully make something better in the future (been working on something similar for BS). I do appreciate all the previous feedback as it has helped immensly with the learning curve. I am disappointed I could not get this campaign to offer players what I had intended as alot of time went into it. I guess its difficult to really turn the experience of what the Germans went through in reality during Bagration and replicate it into a workable situation with in the parameters of the game. They pretty much got their a** handed to them and I guess I did replicate that successfully lol.

     

    Anyways I will release the missions as a pack when I get time so those who did not complete the campaign can see how it plays out. I will delete out the story line as it will not be needed but hold onto the modtag folder for the immersion factors, especially since I wanted to showcase Umlauts damage models from his Factory Pack.

    That would be really appreciated...i realise how much effort and time you have put in to this and want to thank you.
