  1. Sorry for this thread, and hate me for it if you like, but I just wanna say: If anyone wants to play a PBEM game against a n00b at CMBB, i´m open for it! Just send me your first move! I´ve played the game pretty much, but it was I long time ago, and I just started it up again. Thanks for all answers!
  2. I´ve no idea what I did, but the game seams to be working properly now! Thanks, Schrukkenhaft for your time! Now i´m happy!
  3. The CD didnt work at the laptop either, so apparently there something messed up about the CD. Has anyone got a tip on a good CD-restorer? Thanks!
  4. Unfortunatly the antivirus-thing didnt work out. I´ll try it on my fathers laptop, and get back to you. Thanks!
  5. Hi. For some days ago I hadnt played my CMBB for a pretty long time, but felt like it was time to pick it up. So I put the CD in and started the game. Some kind of wrong-massage appeared, so I thought maybe I should reinstall the game, so i deleted all CMBB files on my computer and browsed the CD. First thing that happens then is that all files on the CD shows for about a secound, to then dissappear and become invicible. If you browse the CD again, the files are visible, but you cant do anything with them. All the time the CD-ROM drive sounds really wierd, like it cant read the CD at all. I have no idea what the problem is! I´m using: Fujitsu Siemens Scaleo 800 Windows XP Home Edition (no SP2) Combat Mission Barbarossa to Berlin Special Edition Thanks for any help!
  6. When we´re on the MOD thread, I can just ask: If U use a MOD will it replace the real file, or can u use a MOD without trashing the original file? Thnx.

  9. I´d just played a scenario. I think it was something like, "The death-road of the 242" or something. Anyway, I played the germans and they shall attack a village with like 45 king tiger (they rock, btw) defended by soviet IS-2. It´s a small 15+ turn mission, and after 18 turns I won. "YES!" I thought, saince i hoped it would end turn 15 cuz that was my hight in the game, and I started lokin through the AAR. "Now, whats this?" I thought, "I´ve won a 'Tactical victory'??" I looked it up in my CMBB SE manual, and i said nothin about it. What is that??
  10. Exacly what the litte guy´s sayin, don´t u yhink?
  11. I care. I got CMBB SE about a month ago, so I understand. Do you want to play a pbem? If so, I'm at: sanok 29 at yahoo dot com </font>
  12. If anyone cares, wish I guess U don´t, cuz it´s not very intresting for U: I have "CMBB Special Edition" now! I just love it! And the manual is the best!
  13. Reading my previus post it seams like I mean that CMAK is such a game, wish I didn´t mean..
  14. Personally I think CMBB is more intresting, and it´s a bit more original saince u´re coming to play russia, finland nad hungary, for exampel, instead of just USA and GB, like on many other WWII games, that often are very focused on the west.
  15. Where do I see, for exampel, how many people a squad has killed?
  16. Hey! What are u doing here!? This is a wrong.... I happend to creat TWO of the same thread! :S [ December 12, 2003, 12:05 PM: Message edited by: Oldblood ]
  17. And, hey! Sorry to interupt LC-... I guess I have to, but it didn´t hit me until now.... Do I need CMMOS to get extra scenarios? Thanks!
