Should be a snapshot of the game. I found it amuseing. It works when i click on it but my browser prob has cookie redirection or some such crap cause it's in my yahoo briefcase(Free Picture Storage).

OK Why does my Fighter group i operate out of poland surrender when it's sitting in London? Do they grab a boat and head back? Why when Paris Gets taken And i hold Brussels(AS British soil even). Do all the french armies in low lands Surrender? I know the rule is Lands the allies start with but It makes no Sense. Or how about this I own lowlands with the french and have a fortified Army in Brussels I lose Paris the Unit Disapears but the city turns Free French! That is just WRONG! sorry but it is. This should be corrected If France holds another country the Cap should move As per other Countries.

None I'm sure But then again How many Armor Divisions Destroyed even a single Bomber let alone a group? Of course that unit would live and the bombers would take a pounding. Players that are any good i would think. Cause they are the worst waste of resources i have ever seen. Just my 2 cents.

K take this for what it's worth. Cause i've only been playing a week and a half. But that has been continuaosly . English bomber suck! How the hell Does Undefended Armor Wipe out a bomber squadran? I've tried useing those original bombers in every concievable way and they do nothing but get my Fighters Killed. Maybe at higher tech levels they are useful But right off the bat they are a liability. Wish i could Scrap them and get a corps unit instead. Hmm maybe invade Ireland so i can hide them up there till tech5? <EG>

Post a link to this file plz i'd like to see tech levels as dots myself Thx in advance.

Paris Falls While Brussels is in French Hands. Low countries become Free French Along with various units around the board But not the Army that's Fortified in Brussels, it disappears? What's up with that? Also there was no way to build/operate a unit there. But i had full control of free french units. I am new to this game so if it's not a bug try not to flame me too much . Just a comment. Why XP? It's a POS. There is no need of it. For a home one user system Win9x is the way to go. And there is no reason to goto a NT Kernal until Games Support Multi-Processor Access. And even when they do it will only be needed for the 3D CPU intensive Sims. Not the type games that anyone here seems to feed off. Just my 2 cents. I use Win98se Lite. And i Recommend it for any Home use machine.

Nice Job. I would recommend a small change to the mountains. Make the Pink/brown color Darker like a grey. They are too bright IMO.

Lmao... what this game needs is a Vcr componant. Like in Civ1. I'd like to watch that game u 2 spent 8 hours on. I wish i had the save of a 46 hour Civ2 Multiplayer game I had (Against a guy named Boozemaster:he was anything but) That was a Stress test as well! 38 hours straight then 8 the next day and a loss do to exhaustion while wipeing him up i left the rails ungaurded and lost all in one turn. Lol I can be a dip****.

Wow Finding this place and Reading these posts got me to reminising. went down cellar looking for an old european theatre game from an austrialian company. Think it The Company was called Panther. Be damned if i can remember the games name . Couldn't find it but it was the best one of it's kind i had seen back in EGA days. But i did find my old Diplomacy on 5 1/4. Now i gotta go hunt out a drive to load it. Lol Nice to see a game without Eye candy can still gather a following. I've played SC for about a week now and Am lookin for some human competition. So if there is a Challenge board setup here. Or better Yet a LAdder system (Something like Civfanatics would be nice). Count Me in. And thanks again for the reminders of games gone by. The days of Wakeing up with a new stategy for Squad Commander was almost lost in time .
