Oh, and yes my opinion does count,why...because I am a paying customer.

Well time has almost all gone for me concerning the "value " of buying the pre-release. If the game is not released by Sunday morning the pre-release deal wasn't worth it for me,even though I already purchases it. To pay the extra $8 dollars for pre-release and have the game available mid week during work is no great deal for me. Battlefront should release the game this weekend if they really care about the wargaming community here that has in good faith bought the pre-release.Then again it might mean that Battlefront might get a few extra dollars by keeping people on this "pre-release" hype for a few more days. Anyway I've known Battlefront since the very first day of the first release of Combat Mission and they have always been top company in wargaming,I hope they do the right thing here to.

To do the right thing for the pre-order people the download should be available this Sat.,the latest.,especially if the demo becomes available soon.

You are wrong concerning this.I have 2 of the three games you mention and I have no problem with the video in these games with 43.45. I don't know about what Matt says and I respect him and his devotion to the Combat Mission games but that's not my concern.I only see this -CMBB is the only game I have that does not work with the new downloaded driver 43.45 period!

I've picked up CMBB again and have CMBO. I have been a faithfull customer for Battlefront from the first day the CMBO demo was released. This is not what I expect from you guys. All my other games work fine with 43.45 only CMBB has the slide show frame rates. Please address this issue in patch 1.03. I 'm not going to keep switching back to a earlier driver everyime I want to play CMBB for a hour or so. Nividia and G4 cards are popular cards and the problem should be addressed. Hope to hear some positive news.Thanks

These guys at Battlefront are on the money with this game as they were with CMBO. I bought CMBO the first day it was available and the same with CMBB.I just wish that other companies making wargames could learn a little something from these guys.Keep up the good work and don't let anyone or anything divert you from this winning formula. I thought I'd start a thread for players to list great mod sites that they've visited.

How acurate are the units and tanks,etc that Battlefront created with the game? The tanks don't have that worn, been through the battle look. They look so factory fresh.

With all the mods starting to appear for CMBB how can I know which ones are correct.Are the uniforms of the 6th Army correct? Are the tank mods correct or does the designer like to play with colors designing a nice looking tank that was not used on the front in Russia. Are the uniforms and other units in the original CMBB game the ones that are correct in history ? One final thought when will Matt and the crew be ready to put a mod package out like they did for CMBO ?

All I can say is guys keep the Historical senerios true to their settings...after all these are'nt any old senerios they are from Staligrad...need I say more?.....keep up the great work guys and Thanks The 6th Army

What's the best screen resolution that you guys like to keep your game on? I have a pent 4 and nividia 4 card and have been playing at 1600x1200.Its worked fine except the print in the senerio listing is difficult to read.Does anyone know if this resolution affects the way the game is seen...units seem larger at 800x600 or do the units become more compressed at higher resolutions and are actually a little smaller and more difficult to see? Whats your level of intensity? Do you play to win all the time to the point that you plan every move to perfection or do you let it ride and play for fun? I have to admit I dont always like using that much brain power. I save it for work.I love this game and think its the best wargame we've got so far but sometimes I dont mind playing senerios over and over to learn from my mistakes and having fun while doing it.

Well for all those who love CMBO and arent getting CMBB because of reasons other than computer speeds all I can say is.....cheap..cheap...and.. cheap

Any Ideas on how to defeat the French before the Russians enter the war? Ive just gotten the game today and have played "1940 Fall Gelb" once(plus demo play).

To mention a few improvements.The shellbursts are in the trees!Kool. This is one improvement I 've seen. The units seem "smarter" both tank commanders and infantry units. Great Game...Thanks Battlefront!

First I spent hours on getting the CD to install ....then I played "To The Volga" in Operations and at all resolutions it could'nt be played! Whats up with that? I've got a Pent4/Nividia 4 card/ SB Live/ and 512 mem........Patch maybe ?

I posted the same problem earlier and with some trial and error and reading the tech forums I found something that works.Make a copy of the game CD from Battlefront. First delete the entire game then reinstall with the new copied CD.I used a different computer to make the copy,though the same one might work.All files present and game listed in startup menu but not listed in Add/Remove(dont know if it should be ) well good luck!
