I think the significance of having it on september 20th is the very LACK of having a battle associated with it. Whatever the reason, it's all good. :cool:

Long Wings, I can't wait to find some or all of these books to read - I lack the time to do serious research on quality novels. Any suggestion on which of these novels you think would be best to read first? My past experience is with maintstream books (ie. Stephen Ambrose "D-Day", "Citizen Soldier") so I have not read nor heard of many of these titles. jwt

I know, this is a subject well lamented and often chastised on here. 1/2 the posts concerning the upcoming CM:BB are going crazy with anticipation, the other 1/2 are those that are so burnt out from waiting they take on the "don't care, stop worrying" attitude (we all know they can't wait either). But at long long last, the second chapter of Combat Mission is almost here. I would like to think that all the cold, battle-hardened veterans of Combat Mission will drop their facades and rejoice for once. I plan on celebrating the coming of this momentous occasion by watching as many wwII movies as I can and getting as much sleep as possible because sleep will not be an option when it comes out... Bring on the game!!!!
