I ordered a Mg34 team to disembark from a SPW251/1, it did and at the end of the turn it was stationary with 5 seconds left to setup. I then decided to move it to some scattered trees nearby. When I moved it, the setup time remained the same! I don't think this should be happening....

I had a wierd thing happen once, I ordered a KV-1 to fire its MG at some infantry so it decided to rotate the turret around and fire the rear turret MG at them.

ADV? CDV's N. American Cousin?Originally posted by MikeyD:...nobody's mentioned it on the forum yet!
According to the Battlefront.com news page it's been on store shelves for more than a week now. An ADV enterprise, it looks to be. Hopefully it'll help reel in a few extra fish for CMBB and CMAK.
Looking at the screenshots in the linked game review I'm all nostalgic now. Remember shockwaves from explosions? I'm starting to tear-up!

Try pushing that through non-paved ground.Originally posted by Malakovski:*SNIP*
And movement rates for guns. Come on. I was at Lowe's the other day. I piled 1,000 pounds of concrete, sand, and gravel on one of their crappy little carts, and pushed it half way across the store to check out. It took about a minute, maybe a minute and a half.
That's one guy, not under fire, or even in a hurry. Sure, it was over very "open terrain", but come on...those light guns weigh a fraction of that.

Why not just use roadblocks to simulate them?

It is quite possible that it was still in use by Security units.

You missed an 0! Get out, you have no idea what you are talking about! :mad:Originally posted by MikeyD:Want a CMX2 bone? Here goes:

What, you were expecting a 3-D Tiger with dynamic lighting already?

What does it matter what it looks like? It's still doing the same job.Originally posted by tooz:What annoys me most is the graphics!!! It looks like some soldier is walking their pet poodle! Man, I sure hope the new engine makes this LOOK better.

Dear god! That is possibly the most faded paint job I have ever seen. I can't believe the mall management would let them park that in the mall. I guess they don't realize how much oil they leak....Originally posted by Michael Dorosh:Yes, what a prize Iltis it was too. I couldn't believe they parked the piece of junk for people to come look at; it was the local armoured regiment, incidentally, not us.
Not exactly designed to make one beam with pride, is it?

I see someone parked an Iltis in the mall.Originally posted by Michael Dorosh:*snip* *snip*

Didn't even see the guys in the back. I guess CADPAT works in more than just the forest......

All I want is the ablility to blow the roofs off of buildings with 25lb guns, then using 3" mortars to blow up the German Paratroops inside. An Ortona op just wouldn't be the same without it!

I'm reading two books at the moment, ACTUNG PANZER! by Heinz Guderian and another book called Testaments of Honour. Testaments of Honour is an excellent collection of the individual experiances of Canadian Vets, written by the vets, it focuses on each person individually. Excellent book, I reccomend it highly.

YAY!
However I am dissapointed to see that many incorrect models have not been fixed.

I mean for the scenario editor.Originally posted by Chad Harrison:But if you lowered your ammo, would you get more points to spend? I would loose even more sleep over my PBEMs if I had even less ammo than I have now.
I think that it would be exploited if you got more points for less ammo. You could just have a bunch of suicide squads then; especially on defense.

The ability to set unit ammo levels when you assign them in the same manner that you do now for fitness, experiance and casulaties.

Not sure what month exactly, but it is in the Summer. Expariment
As per the SS question, if you click German Infantry and scroll down you should see the dates with the desired unit type.

Care to explain the point of wearing camoflauge in a foxhole that has a nice bright red flag right next to it?

Yay for Hussars!
Excellent work as always.

I fail to see any point to this post. Just because a white person has a tan does not mean they aren't white anymore....

I had a 150mm rocket FO, I gave him a prep-bombardment order and didn't move any of my troops, 2 companies of infantry and a platoon of PzIV's. The last round of the barrage fell short and landed ON a PzIV. It blew up, all the other PzIV's lost their tank commanders, a couple had damaged guns, and a whole company of my infantry was either dead or routed. The battle was over before it started.
